Born in Michigan, Dr. Latack entered in the United States Air Force in 1995 where he served for 27 years. He received his MD from the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in nephrology and is a Fellow in the America College of Physicians and American Society of Nephrology. Dr. Latack moved to Mississippi in 2007 and served as Associate Program Director and Program Director for the Internal Medicine residency at Keesler Medical Center for 15 years. He is currently the Internal Medicien Program Director at Memorial Hospital of Gulfport.
