Description

Objectives:

1. How to avoid liability, both civil and criminal, under Anti-Kickback, Stark and False Claim Act.
2. Identify potential red flag issues that could create civil and criminal liability for the provider when entering contracts with hospitals and other healthcare provider organizations.
3. Identify potential problem areas that exist when dealing with healthcare sales stand (i.e. sales representatives representing drug manufacturers or DME distributors) 

This session is accredited for a maximum of .75.0 AOA Category 1-A credits. Credits commensurate with participation in the session will be awarded.
