Diane Zavotsky, MD is a board certified Family Physician with a BA from Colby College and medical degree from McGill University in Montreal.  Her career spans three decades of full spectrum family medicine practice, working as a hospitalist and ultimately providing outpatient care in Somerset and Franklin counties for Health Reach Community Health Centers.  She resides in rural Somerset County with her husband and enjoys all four seasons of Maine’s great outdoors.

Dr. Zavotsky has no actual or potential conflict of interest, financial relationship/arrangement or affiliation with any entity producing, marketing, re-selling or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients.
