Hina Budhwani

Well Med Medical Management

Dr. Hina Budhwani is the Regional Medical Director for Well Med Supportive program for Houston and West Texas Region. She oversees homebased programs both in urban and rural setting. She earned Master’s in Public Health from UT Houston and medical degree from St. George University School of Medicine in West Indies, Grenada. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Texas A&M in Corpus Christi, TX followed by Geriatric Fellowship. She then joined Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN as an Associate Professor of Medicine in Geriatric department. She is very passionate about practicing and teaching Geriatric and Palliative medicine. Her research interests include pain management in elderly, End of life care, and social determinants of health.
