Jason Moore, MD

Dr. Jason Richardson Moore received his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in 2023 and is currently a Family Medicine resident at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery, where he brings a passion for primary care, community service, and patient advocacy. Dr. Moore has extensive volunteer experience, including work with KEEN Greater DC, the New Freedmen’s Clinic, and various community outreach programs. His clinical and leadership experience includes serving as Treasurer for Howard’s PM&R Interest Group and participating in the NFL Diversity in Sports Medicine Pipeline Initiative. He has delivered multiple academic presentations on topics ranging from trauma management to neurological disorders. Dr. Moore is known for his strong interpersonal skills, dedication to underserved populations, and team-oriented mindset.
