Dr. Kathleen Farrell specializes in chronic disease management, addiction medicine and opioid safety. She developed and implemented a National VA Stepped-Care (SCOUTT) program model to treat and address high risk patients on opioids at the Veteran’s Administration’s Tacoma/American Lakes Pain Clinic in Tacoma, Washington.
She is a 2002 graduate of Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and is credentialed in Family Practice by the American College of Osteopathic Medicine and in Addition Medicine by the American Osteopathic Academy of Addiction Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Farrell sits on the Ethics and CME committees of ACOFP.
