*** Please note this program was a part of the MOA 's 2025 Midwinter Symposium. You will not want to choose this program if you completed this individual program as part of the MOA 2025 Midwinter Symposium. ***

Objectives– Following this lecture participants will be able to:

1. Understand history and mission of Ski Patrol
2. Know how to provide support to Ski Patrol in an emergency
3. Be ready to respond to mountain emergencies
 

This session is accredited for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits. Credits commensurate with participation in the session will be awarded.

Phlebology, Dr. Asbjornsen has built a successful private practice renowned for its patient-centered care and innovative treatment of veins and venous
disease.
Dr. Asbjornsen’s dual roles as a physician and ski patroller give her a distinctive perspective on emergency care, trauma management, and patient care in
high-pressure situations. When she's not caring for patients at the Vein Healthcare Center or responding to on-the-slope emergencies, Dr. Asbjornsen enjoys
exploring the great outdoors with her family.
