Jennifer Olson DO CPE is a servant leader that is driven to achieve high performance thorough culture, efficiency and lean management. She currently is the President of MercyOne Medical Group, a Regional Health Ministry for Trinity Health in Iowa. As a board-certified family physician, she finds great value in physician engagement in strategy, innovation and transformation.
Dr. Olson practiced family medicine for 25 years prior to entering her administrative role. The first 15 years in practice she was a business partner in a family medicine independently owned clinic.
She is an Iowan native that is dedicated to providing exceptional care to the communities of Iowa. She is married with 2 grown children and one grandson. Family comes first for Dr. Olson. She enjoys yoga and meditation outside of work.
